In Loving Memory of Rosemary E. Alexander

Closed for the 2024 Season

In loving memory of Rosemary E. Alexander (1926–2024), Alexander Christmas Tree Farm will be closed for the 2024 season.

Rosie was the heart and soul of our farm, dedicating herself to every aspect of its operation—from clearing the land for the first planting in 1970 to managing the annual tree care and grounds upkeep. In addition to her career as a successful magazine editor (retired 1989), Rosie played many roles at the farm: bookkeeper, accountant, purchasing agent, store manager, and expert wreath maker. She was also a beloved Sunday school teacher, mother, and wife to Frank, her husband of 59 years.

As we remember Rosie and the remarkable legacy she left behind, we thank you for your support and understanding during this time. Rosie was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

We look forward to welcoming you back in future seasons as we continue to honor the traditions she so dearly cherished.
